Good one there. However, my aim would have been that everyone should do his or her work diligently. Honestly, with that in place, the trust bar will rise. To me, trust is something I always find awkward and don't recall need to trust but will appreciate if you execute your job perfectly. That will increase the character"trust". Thanks for the video
