The World Bank Group funded Metolong Dam and Water Supply Program is enhancing lives at the grass root level in Lesotho. It aims to end drought like conditions in the country's lowlands and boost economy by supplying domestic and industrial water. It is also improving the quality of life in rural areas by electrifying villages and providing skills training and healthcare to the communities in the project area. *** Special thanks to: • Water Global Practice, World Bank Group • People of Lesotho • Ministry of Water • Metolong Authority • Water and Sewage Company, Lesotho (WASCO) • Professor Peter Mitchel and Charles Arthur, School of Archaeology, University of Oxford • CDM Smith • Stephen Gill, Director of Morija Museum • Ijeoma Emenanjo, World Bank Group • Edmund Motseki, Keneuoe Mofolo, Masekeleme Sekeleme – World Bank Lesotho *** Executive Producers: • Marcus Wishart • Heather Worley • Priyali Sur Writer: Priyali Sur Photographer: Jess Meyer Editor: Interface Media Group Videographer: UZI Films
