Using the Sun's Power to Help Water Farms in Kenya

For years, KickStart helped fund and set up water pumps to irrigate Kenya’s dry climate farms. But the power for these pumps cost a lot in either manual labor or in buying traditional fuels. Now, with the help of the Climate Innovation Center, solar power is replacing outdated energy sources.
