This innovative Video SmartLesson aims to provide four lessons learned on organizing knowledge exchange events under the current environment at the World Bank Group. We use as examples some of the most successful Peer to Peer learning events that we have organized such as the Financial Infrastructure International Conference in Brazil and the Debt Resolution and Business Exit one in Tunisia. The intent is to share discovered resources, including World Bank Institute's wealth of South-South Knowledge Exchanges materials to better manage the organization of this kind of events.
