My name is Halalilika 'Etika, I live in the Kingdom of Tonga in the South Pacific Ocean. I am working as the Head of GIS under the Ministry of Land & Natural Resources. I am interested on this e-learning courses regarding to the Strengthening of IGIF as I understand that I have seen the adverse impacts of Climate Change on the livelihoods of the people in my country and from that understanding I always wonder how can I contribute with my knowledge and understanding about the fundamental tool of GIS to address such issues in a competent manner. However, Tonga is engaged on the UN Development Project and so I need to build my capacity and further my knowledge on what, how and why IGIF is so valuable to address such global issues. I highly expected to obtain advanced skills on implementing IGIF towards addressing National priorities and even SDGs and global issues.
