Great to know that South Asia grows rapidly and is able to offer good job opportunities. One of the main tasks is, as mentioned here, to keep the employment rate constant. Interesting.

Very relevant message ! With India poised to grow at a rate of 7.5% approximately over the next few years, it is imperative that such growth should lead to social betterment by the way of job creation. Growth is meaningless if it doesn't facilitate flourishing of employment avenues. Further, growth should be viewed in a more holistic manner such that it also accommodates the issues of participation of women in the workforce, job mobility, social strata mobility etc.
