Risk and Resilience after Typhoon Haiyan (Yolanda) in the Philippines

During her visit to Tacloban City, one of the areas hardest hit by typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines, Rachel Kyte said that poverty cannot be eradicated unless we find a way to build resilience to climate change. Ms. Kyte is the World Bank Group's Vice President and Special Envoy for Climate Change.
