Inclusive society is most for equal access. If you don't think from equality in today's context then I don't think we were heading in a right directions. Respect should come from within. Most part of Asia and some in middle east and in Africa too, we used to hear Gender-based violence frequently in news channel and women are tortured in the name of religion, family inter-dependent and cruel mentality as most of the men think that women are their sleepers, low mentality is still found inside this societies. If you want to progress and want to develop your country for shared prosperity then one must start to respect and give equal priority from their home and they have to think one thing that- Women, girls are their same beings which most of the family possess and posses a equality in their family to support growth and respect and mutual care.
