Management in Health (Facilitated)

How should a public organization and its staff be managed? How should you manage your financial resources? What should I do with my information technology system? Health managers of subnational health sectors around the world are faced daily with these and other types of managerial questions. WBI’s Health System Strengthening Program has developed an online management course applied to the health care system. This course will discuss, in an interactive and facilitated manner, the application of public sector management principles and experiences to health management at the subnational level in developing countries. The course is offered free of charge. The six modules cover strategic management and planning, financing, managing people, information technology, strategic communications, and managing change.
