An unemployed man in a situation with no resources for living, if he is approached with an attractive offer, he would see it as an opportunity to continue life. So he grabs the opportunity without thinking of one day he will be forced to become a suicide bomber. So train them in order to equip them with skills, which will provide skills and entrepreneurship, so as to avoid becoming a suicide bomber.
