Jim Kim: A good position on migrants? How about ‘open arms.’

World Bank Group President Jim Yong Kim thinks it’s time take a new approach to refugees -- not only to alleviate poverty and suffering for individuals, but also to maximize economic growth for countries. human is the main capital of economic development. Less presence of the human means less economic development. There must be sufficient population so that the level of economic development meets expectations. When the birth rate is below the threshold, it is there any way other than let the outsider comes to the country
