It does not matter whether you have any institutions which can handle anything but I think if you have a capacity planning in your institution then it can be a collaborative methods to sustain your organizations. People contribute is much more important things for organizational goals. Culture also play an important role to sustain your institution. If you want your institution in first stage then you must know about market strategy and what people want. In this century, we want a comprehensive method not holistic as value is more important than quantity. Engineering system is most important for coordination and collaborative.
