the solution is right. The people living surrounding the mining location is one of its stakeholder. the mining industry is accounted for having social license to operate if the benefit of its presence has been enjoyed by the stakeholder. Sharing the electricity to the society, which could be less than 10 % of the capacity required to move the mining operation, its one of realistic scheme.
