Empowering Women for Better Healthcare in Afghanistan

In Afghanistan, women are receiving training to become nurses or midwives under the Community Midwifery Education (CME) and Community Health Nursing Education (CHNE) programs. This training is one of the measures undertaken to address the shortage of female health workers, deliver better health services, and help fulfil the ambitions of many women to serve their community.

Great program. Encourage and involve the role of society, in this case role of women to serve the women and child's health, in a country where the further role of women beyond traditional approach is not encouraged
