This course really suitable for civil service who have the heart for people in their communities, countries and most of all in the PICs. Just by looking at the topic itself, it motivates me to further go into depth in trying to find out how PICs use certain regulations or instruments that can be used to reduce risk associated with disasters. I believe also that even though we have financial instruments but to properly implement these tools is another burden. I hope after going through this course, it should somehow equipped me with those financial instruments that can advance DRF in my country.
