To help support reform in the water and sanitation sector, the Open Learning Campus has developed this course to provide government officials, senior managers of utilities, and technical staff with the knowledge, skills, and tools for initiating and sustaining reform. The course consists of lessons, case studies, and exercises that support stakeholders to reform water utility programs.
