Can the World Bank Create a Culture of Learning and Results?

It is widely believed, that organizations need to continually learn and adapt in order to grow and prosperدr face extinction. With the sustainable development goals looming large, the World Bank has an obligation to share its knowledge and learning on Էhat worksԠin development. This video shares key messages and practical examples from IEG's evaluation of Learning and Results in World Bank Operations: Toward a New Learning Strategy. It discusses the importance of staff incentives, management role modeling, staff mentoring and creation of communities of practice as some of the key tools for creating learning culture in the organization.
