Output-based aid (OBA) is a form of results-based financing. An OBA facility in Honduras has supported access to safe drinking water for 87,000 low-income households. In this video, residents, local government, and the NGO implementing the project all explain how water and sanitation services have improved the health and quality of life for those in the area. Of especial importance to the project’s success was the coordination between municipalities and community members.
